Refund Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Russian Visa Service fees.
⚠️ Important: Russian Visa Service is an independent agency. The visa application fee paid to Russian authorities is non-refundable regardless of outcome. This policy applies to our service fees only.

1. Before Payment

If you cancel your application before making payment — no charge. Simply notify us by email.

2. After Payment, Before Submission

If you cancel after payment but before we submit your application to Russian authorities:

  • Refund: 50% of our service fee
  • Timeline: 5–10 business days to your payment method

3. After Submission to Authorities

Once your application has been submitted to Russian authorities, our service fee is non-refundable because we have completed the service.

4. If Visa is Denied

Visa denial is the decision of Russian authorities. We do not refund service fees for denials. However:

  • We will review your case and advise on options
  • If denial was caused by our error (e.g. we submitted incorrect data), we will offer a re-submission at no additional service charge or a full refund of our service fee

5. Express Processing

If Express processing (2–3 days) fails to meet the timeframe due to our error, we will refund the difference between Express and Standard pricing.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your application reference number and reason for refund
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
